Tell me about the first time you competed in organized wrestling.
The first time I wrestled was in sixth grade against a kid from Dallas. He beat me up pretty bad, but I beat him the next time I wrestled him four years later.
What led you to become a high school wrestler?
Without my dad, a two-time state champ in Utah, I would never have been exposed to wrestling. While he never pushed me into wrestling, he’s the reason I started wrestling.
What’s the most difficult move to learn?
